These terms govern access to and use of the public FloorballStats marketing website at floorballstats.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
The FloorballStats application, paid subscriptions, tracking, reports and other professional services may be governed by a separate proposal, order form, licence agreement or service terms. Those documents take priority for the relevant service.
2. Website information
We aim to keep website content accurate and useful, but it is provided for general information and product presentation. It is not coaching, medical, legal or financial advice and should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgement.
Roadmap items, planned features, examples, visualizations and mockups may change before release.
3. Pricing, demos and offers
Website prices, plan descriptions and service packages are invitations to discuss or request services unless expressly stated otherwise. A binding agreement is formed only when the relevant parties accept a final proposal, order or contract.
We may correct obvious errors, update availability and change future pricing. Any accepted contract will state the applicable price, tax treatment, payment terms, scope and delivery conditions.
Submitting a demo or contact form does not create an obligation to purchase or provide a service.
4. Intellectual property
The website design, text, branding, software, models, visualizations, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to FloorballStats and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and share links to public pages for normal informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit substantial website content, proprietary models or protected materials without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt unauthorized access, probing, scraping or disruption;
- upload malicious code or submit false, abusive or unlawful material;
- misrepresent affiliation with FloorballStats;
- circumvent access controls, including the Members Academy gate.

The website may link to third-party websites or use external providers. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the public website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to a consumer in another jurisdiction. Courts with jurisdiction over the website operator will resolve disputes, subject to mandatory legal rules.
