2. What personal data we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the website, understand optional website usage and respond to business enquiries.
Full name, work email, role, team or organization, selected area of interest and any information you add to the optional message field.
Emails, meeting notes and other communications when you contact us or discuss a possible service or cooperation.
Page views, visited URLs, referral source, interactions, approximate location, language, browser, device and technical identifiers used by Google Analytics 4. Analytics is not loaded when you reject analytics or have not yet made a choice.
Request and security information processed by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages and technical logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser under the local-storage key fs-analytics-consent. The stored value is limited to whether analytics was accepted or rejected.
Contact, contractual, invoicing and service information where an enquiry develops into a customer relationship.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential match information or personal information about other players through the public demo form.
3. Why we use personal data
To answer your message, arrange a demo and take steps requested before a possible contract. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
To understand which pages are used, identify broad usage patterns and improve the website. Analytics is based on your consent and remains disabled until you select “Accept analytics”. You can withdraw that consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
To deliver pages, process requested form submissions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and maintain security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website.
To deliver agreed services, manage billing and keep necessary records. The legal bases are performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
We will send promotional email only where a valid legal basis exists. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Service providers and international transfers
The current website uses the following main service providers:
Website hosting, content delivery, deployment, demo-form processing, spam filtering and form-submission notifications. Submitted form data is available in our Netlify project and may also be included in an email notification sent to us.
Optional analytics tag management and website measurement. These services load only after analytics consent. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization are set to denied in our current configuration.
Email delivery and management of messages sent to jan@floorballstats.com, including notifications generated by the demo form.
Netlify uses Akismet to help identify spam form submissions. Form contents and related technical data may therefore be checked for spam prevention.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized transfer mechanism, together with the relevant contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Demo requests and related correspondence that do not become a customer relationship: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
- Form submissions stored in Netlify: reviewed and deleted when no longer needed for the enquiry, subject to the same general 24-month limit unless a longer period is justified.
- Customer, contractual and accounting records: for the period required by applicable contractual, tax and accounting rules.
- Google Analytics data: according to the retention settings configured in the GA4 property. Aggregated reporting data may remain available for longer than user-level event data.
- Google Analytics cookies: normally up to two years, unless deleted earlier through your browser or after withdrawing analytics consent.
- The local analytics-consent preference: until you change it through “Cookie settings” or clear website storage in your browser.
- Hosting and security logs: for the limited periods applied by the relevant provider for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Retention periods may be shortened or extended where required by law, a dispute, contractual obligations or documented security needs.
6. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, object to processing, or receive data in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Send requests to jan@floorballstats.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For a Czech controller, the relevant authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
7. Security and children
We use proportionate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No online service is completely risk-free, so please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through the public website.
The public website and demo form are aimed at teams, coaches, analysts and organizations. They are not designed to collect personal data directly from children. Adults should not submit player data through the public form without an appropriate basis and process.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, analytics configuration, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
